LandmarX iPhone App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern use of the LandmarX iPhone application and related app services (the "App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase subscriptions, or use paid features within the App.

2. App Services

The App provides:

• AI-powered travel itinerary planning

• Real-time travel recommendations

• Map-based trip organization

• Travel safety insights

• Budget assistance

• Last-minute travel support

• Personalized recommendations based on preferences and travel behavior

The App is designed to supplement traditional travel planning services.

3. Subscription Plans

LandmarX currently offers: 

Free Use: Limited access to itinerary planning and app functionality.

Globetrotter Subscription

Premium subscription features may include:

• Enhanced AI itinerary generation

• Budget management

• Safety insights

• Real-time travel updates

• Expanded planning tools

Subscription options may include:

• Weekly plans

• Annual plans

• Promotional free trials including 3-day trials

Subscription pricing and features may change periodically.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Apple App Store settings at least 24 hours before renewal.

Billing and subscription management are handled through Apple.

4. No Jetsetter Credits

LandmarX no longer offers Jetsetter credits, re-credit programs, or itinerary-day credit systems.

5. eSIM Services

The App may provide links or access to separate LandmarX eSIM services.

eSIM purchases and telecom services are governed by separate:

• eSIM Terms of Service

• eSIM Privacy Policy

Additional carrier and provider terms may apply.

6. Fraud Prevention

LandmarX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, subscriptions, or purchases associated with:

• Fraudulent transactions

• Unauthorized payment usage

• Stolen payment methods

• Chargeback abuse

• Trial abuse

• Suspicious activity

7. User Content

Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant LandmarX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use content in connection with operating and improving the App.

Users may not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing material.

8. AI and Travel Disclaimer

AI-generated itineraries and travel recommendations are informational tools only.

LandmarX does not guarantee:

• Availability of attractions

• Safety outcomes

• Transportation timing

• Business operating hours

LandmarX eSIM Portal Terms of Service

These Terms govern the purchase and use of eSIM products and connectivity services offered through the LandmarX eSIM portal and related services.

1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase eSIM products or use telecom-related services.

2. eSIM Services

LandmarX offers digital eSIM connectivity products through third-party telecommunications providers and carrier partners.

Coverage, speed, service quality, and compatibility vary by:

• Country

• Region

• Device

• Carrier infrastructure

• Network congestion

LandmarX does not operate telecommunications infrastructure directly.

3. Device Compatibility

Users are responsible for confirming:

• Device eSIM compatibility

• Carrier unlock status

• Regional support

• Operating system compatibility

Compatibility issues are not guaranteed grounds for refunds.

4. Purchases and Activation

eSIM purchases may be activated immediately or upon first usage depending on provider rules.

Once activated, many eSIM products become non-refundable.

Unused eSIM products may qualify for refunds in accordance with provider-specific refund policies.

5. Fraudulent Transactions

LandmarX reserves the right to:

• Refuse transactions

• Suspend accounts

• Cancel eSIM delivery

• Terminate services

for transactions suspected of:

• Fraud

• Unauthorized payment usage

• Stolen credit cards

• Chargeback abuse

• Identity theft

• Promotional abuse

LandmarX may cooperate with payment processors, carriers, and law enforcement in fraud investigations.

6. Third-Party Providers

eSIM services may rely on:

• Device manufacturers

LandmarX is not liable for outages, coverage limitations, throttling, interruptions, or third-party failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

LandmarX is not liable for:

• Connectivity interruptions

• Roaming limitations

• Missed travel activities due to connectivity issues

• Data loss

• Indirect or consequential damages

8. No Warranty

eSIM services are provided "as is" and "as available."

LandmarX does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or availability in all regions.
