🚀 What is LandmarX?
LandmarX is a mobile app that builds custom travel itineraries based on your vibe, preferences, and goals. Whether you're planning a romantic escape, a graduation trip, or a solo adventure, LandmarX makes it easy (and fun) to plan every detail.
💳 How does pricing work?
We offer three flexible options:

The Jetsetter – Bundle and save on 7-day trips.

The Globetrotter – Unlimited trip planning for 12 months.

🔁 What happens if my trip gets canceled?
If you cancel a planned trip before its scheduled start date, you may be eligible to receive unused itinerary day credits back to their account, subject to the following terms:

A request for re-credit must be made within 30 days of the original trip’s scheduled start date.

Re-credited days must be used within 12 months of issuance.

Two re-credit requests are allowed per year for Jetsetter users.

Globetrotters are entitled to unlimited re-credits during their subscription period.

Credits will not be issued for days that were already used or part of a trip in progress.

Re-credits are not monetary refunds and have no cash value.

📱 Can I use LandmarX for international trips?
Yes! LandmarX supports travel in cities around the world. Our recommendations are tailored based on your destination and preferences, whether you’re headed to Tokyo or Tulum.
✈️ How far in advance should I plan?
We recommend planning at least 2 weeks in advance, but you can start as early or late as you'd like.
🛠 Can I change my itinerary after it’s created?
Yes! You can edit your itinerary, swap out recommendations, and adjust timing—all directly in the app.
🔐 Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We take privacy seriously. Read our full Privacy Policy to see how we collect and protect your data.
📧 I need help—how do I contact you?
We're here for you. Click the “Support” button in the “More” section of LandmarX. Our team tries to respond within 24–48 hours.
We do not offer monetary refunds. However, we do offer re-credits of itinerary days for unused trips that were canceled in advance. See our Re-Credit Policy for details.

We sometimes offer limited-time promos or free trials for new users! Follow us on social for updates or check the app to see current offers.
